STM8S 8-bit Microcontroller

The STMicroelectronics STM8S 8-bit Microcontroller (MCU) family combines leading-edge performance, robustness, peripherals, and cost-effectiveness. These high-performance STMicroelectronics STM8S MCUs feature an advanced 20 MIP STM8 8-bit core with Harvard Architecture and 3-stage Pipeline, robust architecture (dual watchdogs, clock security, and IEC61967-compliant EMI emission), a rich peripheral set (10-bit ADC, advanced timers, CAN, UARTs, SPI, I2C), and maximum integration (true EEPROM, 16MHz and 128KHz on-chip RC oscillators). The STMicroelectronics STM8S family meets the demanding requirements of industrial and appliance applications while providing a host of other benefits, including excellent performance and code density, scalability in memory, and reduced system cost and external component needs.
