ams OSRAM TOPLED E1608 LEDs offer small industry-standard footprints in a reliable and well-proven package concept. These LEDs employ InGaAlP Thinfilm technology and are available in different colors and brightness levels. The TOPLED E1608 LEDs come in a white SMT package with a colorless clear resin. These LEDs are suitable for applications that need small packages and high reliability such as automotive interior lighting, dashboard backlighting, pushbuttons, cluster, button backlighting, and switches.

FIREFLY® E1608 CT DELSS1.12 LED

ams OSRAM FIREFLY^® E1608 CT DELSS1.12 Light Emitting Diode (LED) is specifically designed for heart rate monitor applications. This true green CT DELSS1.12 LED features UX:3 chip technology, Class 1B corrosion robustness, 120° typical radiation (Lambertian emitter), and compact size. The FIREFLY E1608 CT DELSS1.12 LED also features 2kV ESD withstand voltage acc. to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBD, Class 2). This LED is available in 0.8mm x 1.6mm x 0.6mm dimensions which allows for benefitting from more flexible product designs.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.
