Isolated Gate Drivers

Analog Devices Isolated Gate Drivers feature iCoupler® technology. The iCoupler technology provides reliability and performance advantages over designs using optocouplers or pulse transformers. The isolated gate driver family offers 50ns propagation delay (max.), less than 5ns channel-to-channel matching, 400Vrms working voltage for a 50-year lifetime, and galvanic isolation.

EVAL-ADuM4135 Evaluation Board

Analog Devices EVAL-ADuM4135 Evaluation Board helps designers evaluate the features of the ADuM4135 single/dual-supply high-voltage isolated IGBT gate driver with an integrated miller clamp. The evaluation board features footprints for insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) and metal oxide semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) in TO-252, TO-220, and 0.100" spaced lead packages. The footprints are also designed to facilitate the evaluation of ADuM4135's desaturation detection, as well as the Miller clamp operation.
