ROHM Automotive Switching Diodes are AEC-Q101-qualified high-reliability diodes. These diodes offer a reverse voltage range between 35V to 200V and 0.1A to 0.215A average rectified current forward range. The Automotive Switching Diodes feature a 1V to 1.25V low forward voltage range and provide high-speed switching. These diodes are available in UMD6, EMD3F, VMD3, UMD3F, SMD3, SOT-23, and VMN2 packages.
