PI3DBS16213 Mux/DeMux Switch ICs

Diodes Incorporated PI3DBS16213 Mux/DeMux Switch ICs are 6 to 2 differential channel multiplexer/demultiplexer switch ICs. These Diodes Incorporated switch ICs' unique design technique offers a layout targeted for USB3.0, USB3.1, 10GE, PCIe4, Thunderbolt 3, and SAS3.0 signals. The PI3DBS16213 switch ICs offer bi-directional operation and typically consume low-power of 300µA. Applications include routing high-speed differential signals such as USB3.1 Gen2, SAS3, PCIe4, and TB3.

PI3DBS16213 Multiplexer Switch

Diodes Incorporated PI3DBS16213 Multiplexer Switch is a 2 Differential Channel, 3:1 Mux/De-Mux Switch IC. The Diodes Incorporated PI3DBS16213 can switch multiple signal types up to a data rate of 20Gbps. Using a unique design technique, the PI3DBS16213 Switch offers minimal impedance, significantly reducing attenuation. The unique design also provides a layout targeted for USB3.0, USB3.1, 10GE, PCIe4, Thunderbolt 3, and SAS3.0 signals, which minimizes the channel-to-channel skew as well as channel-to-channel crosstalk as required by high-speed signals.
