EFR32MG1 Mighty Gecko Wireless SoCs

Silicon Labs EFR32MG1 Mighty Gecko Wireless System-On-Chip (SoC) devices combine an energy-friendly MCU with a highly integrated radio transceiver capable of supporting Thread, ZigBee, BLUETOOTH Smart®, or proprietary short-range wireless protocols. Silicon Labs EFR32MG1 Internet of Things (IoT) SoC offers industry-leading energy efficiency, a scalable power amplifier, ultra-fast wakeup times, an integrated balun, and no-compromise MCU features.

Mighty Gecko Mesh Modules

Silicon Labs Mighty Gecko Mesh Modules are built on the Silicon Labs EFR32 Mighty Gecko SoC family and are designed to enable Zigbee, Thread, and multiprotocol networks. These small form factor mesh modules allow fast time-to-market and are ideal for lower volume (<100K) applications. The fully certified Mighty Gecko integrates all components (crystals, RF passives, and antenna) required for a system-level implementation of Zigbee and Thread mesh networks. At +10dBm and +17dBm, these modules meet the worldwide regulatory requirements for IEEE 802.15.4 2.4GHz used in both Zigbee and Thread networks.
