Vishay TSOP39x & TSOP59x Native Top-View IR Receivers

Vishay TSOP39x and TSOP59x Native Top-View IR Receivers feature a two-lens design and offer typical irradiance down to 0.08mW/m2 in four AGC versions. These miniature IR receivers are offered in a through-hole package to save PCB space. Vishay TSOP39x and TSOP59x Native Top-View IR Receivers simplify designs with a photodetector, preamplifier circuit, and IR filter in a single 4-pin epoxy package.

The TSOP39x IR receivers are optimized to suppress spurious pulses from CFLs while the TSOP59x receivers are equipped to suppress Wi-Fi pulses as well. These IR receivers operate at a supply voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V and very low supply current down to 0.35mA.
