AKX00051 PLC Starter Kit

Arduino AKX00051 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Starter Kit is designed for the education segment of industrial automation for enhanced hands-on learning. This kit includes Arduino Opta Wi-Fi^® PLC, Arduino PLC IDE, Modbus RS485 communications, custom simulation boards, cables, and tools. The AKX00051 PLC starter kit features an easy-to-use micro PLC with industrial IoT capabilities and operates at 24V voltage. This kit incorporates a custom-designed digital input simulator board, Arduino DIN Simul8, and an output simulator board, Arduino DIN Celsius. The Arduino AKX00051 PLC kit provides 20 hours of lessons, and up to three students can utilize each kit within a classroom setup. The IDE allows to program using the five programming languages defined by the IEC 61131-3 standard. This kit applies to vocational schools and technical institutes with professional training offers.
