新型微處理器 - MPU

Nuvoton NUC980 32-bit Microprocessors are powered by Arm926EJ-S™ processor core with 16KB I-cache, 16KB D-cache, and MMU running up to 300MHz frequency. These SDRAM interface of devices support DDR2 type running up to 150MHz frequency with SDRAM interface and are equipped with a large number of high-speed digital peripherals. The NUC980 32-bit microprocessors provide built-in SDRAM in an LQFP package to ease PCB design. These 32-bit microprocessors offer a built-in hardware cryptography accelerator that supports RSA, ECC, AES, SHA, HMAC, and a Random Number Generator (RNG). The NUC980 32-bit microprocessors operate at -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range. These microprocessors also support two 10-channel Peripheral DMA (PDMA) for automatic data transfer between memories and peripherals. The NUC980 microprocessors are ideal for smart home gateways, fingerprint machines, power concentrators, data collectors, smart home appliances, SNMP cards, and barcode printers.
