Renesas Electronics RA8P1微控制器是是具備AI功能的單核心與雙核心MCU，採用先進的TSMC 22nm ULL製程生產。這些裝置結合了最高效能的Arm® Cortex®-M85 (CM85) 和Cortex-M33 (CM33) CPU核心，以及Arm Ethos-U55神經網路處理器 (uNPU)，大幅提升了AI/ML、數位訊號處理與一般運算效能，非常適合邊緣AI和IoT應用。
